Hello ST fans,
Some of you might have noticed that we have started to release our own cracks overhere at Atari Legend. We have released a few games so far (labelled 'game of the weekend' and 'game of the week'. And now we have opened up a seperate page in the game section called The Vault. This will be the place we're you'll find those rare games we have dug up. So you don't have to bother looking up the game using the search features, just simply click the Vault link at the top of the page!
Oh, and of course, these games are made available with permission by the authors!
Enjoy it, and have a great weekend everybody!

As the forum was down, Gunstick didn't publish his record until today. It's a pity: he managed to beat the old record by Leonard with 238 sprites on the screen!
30 sprites more, and he could reach the current record (268 by Leonard again). Let's the contest continue
Finally it's a nice new screen by the mythic ULM. And... Gunstick announce also a forthcoming demo!
Download now the 238 sprites demo by Unlimited Matricks.

Hello people,
This time it is for real! Atari-Forum is back, and it is now hosted on the LGD servers. A very big thank you to Richard Davy for making this possible, and saving us from a lot of trouble!
Also a big thank you to Silver Surfer and Brume for uploading and re-installing the forum!
Enjoy it all!

Hi all !
Phantom is the one who beat my record first with 221 sprites. As promised, here is the way to see my actual record.
Get the disk you downloaded some month ago, and simply type:
LEONARD REALLY LOVES RC4
Let's discover the number of sprite in the demo!
Go on Leonard homepage and enter in the Atari Record Contest section to get the demo.

Most of you waited for more news about the forum. Sorry, it's still down but it should be back very soon! We have found a new host and the upload is on the way.
This week-end we put another rare game as we promised it. This is another french game (we have a bunch of them) and it was published by Carraz Editions. This time, the Atari Legend team provides Roman Policier which let create your own stories like a thriller writer. Funny concept for every kind of public. This is one of the rare stuffs made by Carraz which isn't an educational game. Already a big thank you to the fine people of Carraz for making this possible!
Go there and download Roman Policier. Also more Carraz games will be available very soon ;-)

Hi,
Phantom has beaten my previous 220 sprites record with 222. (To be honest, the sprites are a bit close together, witch make the clearing easyer, so I don't think he can display 220 of them with my curve).
Anyway congratulations to him, it's not an easy task to display more than 220 sprites.
As I promise, I'll give you the password for my actual *secret* record. I'll post the password the 15, november. So if any coder re working on the record they have time to publish their demo before I release the password.
Of course you can still try to crack the password till the 15 november ! :-)

We see a road, we see traffic, yet Anarcho Ride IS NOT a racing game! Instead, the creator tried to build an insane arcade game, and implemented some kind of 'achievement' system (like we see in games of today), to make you come back for more. And he achieved this goal.
