Well, we all know the story by now, I guess. Pacman was conceived by Toru Iwatani while he was eating a pizza. When he looked at his plate, after he had eaten a slice of his pizza, he came up with the idea of creating the main circular and yellow character we all know and love today. That was in 1979. This is a role playing game which is played like Dungeon Master. You move in a universe of three dimensions. You have the possibility to create a team including up to five members. The subtlety of the gameplay consists of creating a team of individuals with extremely different personalities (Elves, Dwarves, Human...). You can manage each individual by clicking on his bust and assigning different objects to him or her. Management can prove to be tiresome for a beginner but once you learned the controls of the game, you'll be happy with it.December 10, 2004 by Shredder
My comments are tough but still, I appreciate this game, because the story is interesting and it's quite a thrilling game. Unfortunately this game doesn't use the possibilities of the ST by far. Indeed, Driventure truly sucks! This must have been the first game that gets a bare minimum score. Hey, lets hope the creator learned something from his programming efforts and went on to achieve major goals! And I also bet we got this little game for free! So why complain, he? Now here is something different. "Bold" is completely controlled by mouse. "Mouse", you say, "that has gotta be difficult, right?" . Definitely not. The movements are very accurate and the ships responds very fast to the mouse movement. you use the left key to shoot, the right key to morph and finally the space bar for the ever destructive smart bomb. That's all there is to it.
